Our Machines:
Our CNC operators program our saws, router, and milling machine to make your parts to specified tolerances for on-time delivery.
Two Anderson CNC Routers: the first with a 48” X 96” bed capable of tight tolerance cutting of an unlimited variety of shapes from sheets; and the second with 2 heads and a 60” x 144” bed for large and intricate work.
Hendricks Computerized Panel Saw - tight tolerance cutting of plastic sheet, rod, and tube.
Vertical Panel Saw with close tolerance, high-speed cutting capability. Great for walk-in business to our well-stocked showroom.
Horizontal Panel Saw providing excellence in angle cutting with a high quality edge.
Bermaq Auto-Edge Finisher that produces the highest quality edge for fabricated parts up to 4" thick.
